As an analytical scientist you will be involved in bridging the gap between cutting edge research and clinical trials through the development, optimisation, qualification and use of high-quality bio-assays (such as ELISA, cytotoxicity assays, phenotypic and functional flow cytometric assays) aimed at characterising both our lentivirus and transduced T cell products specific for various cancer antigens. You will also be responsible for running of already developed routine analytical assays with the aim of supporting the company’s research and development activities, e.g. measuring the activity of Lentivirus or the T cell products.
The post holder will additionally be responsible for the interpretation of scientific results under the supervision of a Principal Scientist or Senior Scientist and communication of these results in group/project meetings and discussions as well as through production of formal reports. The post holder is expected to contribute to the preparation of all laboratory associated documentations (study plans, protocols and reports) to a high standard.
