This Senior Scientist will join the Analytical Development team to develop, optimize, and perform qualification/validation work on numerous analytical methods for early/late-stage cell therapy. Extensive experience with potency assays, molecular assays, flow cytometry, cell culture, and T cells is required. Experience in T cell isolation, enrichment, activation, transduction, expansion and cryopreservation utilizing functionally closed cell systems would also be a plus.
Your primary responsibilities will include design and execution of experiments, and authorship of technical protocols and reports. Additional activities include method optimization and method qualification.
